Backed by a 100% completion rate, our priority is delivering uncompromising quality while fostering a strong internal culture built on transparency, loyalty, and performance. With clear pathways for growth, hands-on leadership, and a collaborative environment where every voice is valued, your work directly shapes project success and team legacy.

About the Project

Currently underway and scheduled for completion in Q3 2028, Eden is a landmark mixed-use development set to transform Caloundra. Spanning two 11-storey towers, the Sunshine Coast project will deliver 179 residential apartments alongside eight commercial lots.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, industrious Contract Administrator with 3 to 5 years of multi-residential construction experience to join our dedicated on-site project team.

Working closely alongside an experienced Senior Contract Administrator (SCA), you will play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, procurement success, and contract compliance across all four pillars of construction: Time, Cost, Quality, and Safety.

Designed for an ambitious professional, this role pairs direct leadership mentorship with structured career development, giving you the tools and support to master our established operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Lettings: Manage the Request to Let (RTL) process, compile subcontract scopes, analyse tenders, and lead pre-commencement meetings.
  • Cost & Financial Control: Oversee progress claims, order entries, variation reviews, payment certificates, and budget forecasting.
  • Program & Schedule Support: Track subcontractor deliverables, manage EOTs and notices, and ensure key milestone dates are met.
  • Quality & Administration: Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and Head Contract variations while ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and QBCC guidelines.
  • WHS & Compliance: Verify subcontractor SWMS, MSDS, licenses, and insurance prior to site commencement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years of Contract Administration experience within Australian commercial or multi-residential building construction (experience on projects $25M+ preferred).
  • Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Site Credentials: Valid Driver’s Licence and Construction Induction White Card.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Procore (or similar construction management software) and standard financial/procurement registers is highly advantageous.
  • Team Player: A team-first attitude, high attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine desire to learn Gardner Vaughan systems.

What GVG Offers

By joining Gardner Vaughan, you will secure long-term stability through a strong pipeline on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll work alongside accomplished leaders, and most importantly, you will become part of a collaborative, supportive site team where your ideas are valued, and success is celebrated.
