Description

Grounded is delivering one of the region’s largest commercial projects, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to take charge on the ground.

This is a permanent position tied to a long-term, large-scale project in Bunbury. The current roster is Monday to Friday, whether you’re based locally or working on a DIDO arrangement from Perth. About the role:

As a Construction Supervisor, you’ll lead on-site delivery, working closely with the team to ensure high-quality outcomes. This is a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence as we deliver a polished, large-scale commercial space.

  Key responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained
  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project timelines and specifications
  • Coordinating with Project Managers and stakeholders for smooth project delivery
  • Leading site meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
  • Conducting quality inspections and managing defect rectification
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, codes, and company policies

 Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and industry regulations
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
  • Trade qualification or relevant tertiary training (highly regarded)
  • Current White Card and driver’s license
