Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

5. Monitor client progress towards goals outlined in their individual support plans

Qualifications:

1. Certificate III or IV in Disability Services or a related field (preferred)

2. Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities (desirable)

3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

4.. First Aid/CPR certification

5.. Working With Children Check (WWCC)
