Permanent part-time | 30 hours per week across four days.

Great Southern Grammar is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate debtor accounts and supporting the timely billing, receipting and collection of school fees and other charges. This is a permanent part-time position (30 hours per week over four days) with four (4) weeks annual leave and five (5) Days of Grace over Christmas and New Year.

What you will bring 

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, accounting systems and databases
  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and time management
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.

A certificate or relevant study in business administration, accounting or office administration will be well regarded.
