Pest Control Technician – Join a High-Performing Team

We’re Gipps Pest — a growing, tight-knit team that takes pride in doing pest control properly. We’re looking for a solid technician to join us and hit the ground running.

The Role

You’ll be out in the field handling residential pest work, including:

• Spiders, ants and general pest treatments
• Rodent control and inspections
• Diagnosing problems and applying the right solution
• Communicating with customers on-site
• Keeping job notes simple (no painful admin here)

You’ll have your own run, work independently, and be trusted to get the job done right.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Good with customers (just be normal and respectful)
• Can think for themselves and solve problems
• Comfortable working in roof voids, under houses, etc.
• Valid driver’s licence

Pest control experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train the right person.

The Reality

This isn’t an office job.

You’ll be:

• On the road every day
• Working in roof spaces and tight areas
• Dealing with real situations, not just ticking boxes
