Fundraiser – $70K Base + Comms | Gold Coast | $100K+ OTE | Real Autonomy & Career Growth

Location: Gold Coast-based (report to HQ, operate nationally)

Pay: $70,000 base + uncapped commission

OTE: More than achievable $100K+, with higher earnings for those who go above and beyond

We’re currently partnering with one of the most respected international charities to secure long-term child sponsorships. This is meaningful work, and we’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, manage their own pipeline, and follow through with purpose and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Connecting with individuals and businesses to sign up new long-term child sponsors
  • Making calls, visiting businesses, building your own network—your approach, your plan
  • Managing your own schedule and prospecting strategy, with regular check-ins to HQ
  • Representing a cause that has a real and lasting impact
  • Being part of a supportive team who want to see you succeed

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Based in the Gold Coast, with a reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • Confident generating your own leads and building relationships from scratch
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable having meaningful conversations
  • Experience in fundraising or direct sales is a plus—but not essential
  • Someone who wants to earn well, do rewarding work, and grow with the role
