This role is essential for assisting customers with their needs and ensuring the smooth operation of the dispensing process. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and obtaining products from the dispensary.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of medications and products according to prescriptions and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensing area.
• Provide information and support to customers regarding product usage and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle transactions and manage inventory levels effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in dispensing preferred.
• Previous experience in a retail or eyecare environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory and processing transactions.
