Key Responsibilities

National Fleet Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Geely Australia’s national fleet strategy and annual business plan.
  • Collaborate with the National Fleet Manager (Melbourne Based) to develop national fleet initiatives, key account strategies and business priorities.
  • Support national fleet forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer insights and competitor analysis to support continuous improvement of Geely’s national fleet business.

Fleet Sales & Business Development

  • Drive fleet sales performance across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and New Zealand to achieve volume, revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and manage a strong fleet sales pipeline across corporate, government, rental, leasing and SME segments.
  • Develop and implement territory fleet business plans aligned with Geely Australia’s national fleet strategy.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates and performance reports against agreed KPIs.

Key Account Management

  • Develop, manage and grow key fleet customer relationships to achieve long-term business growth.
  • Identify new fleet opportunities within target customer segments and develop appropriate sales strategies.
  • Manage fleet tenders and RFP responses, including customer engagement, proposal development, pricing coordination and contract negotiations.
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned fleet customers, providing timely and professional support throughout the sales process.

Dealer Network Collaboration

  • Partner with dealers across the assigned territory to develop and expand fleet sales opportunities.
  • Support dealer fleet teams with customer engagement, fleet sales processes, tender submissions and commercial guidance.
  • Ensure dealers are prepared for new vehicle launches, fleet programs and national initiatives.
  • Monitor dealer fleet performance and provide recommendations to improve fleet sales results.

Commercial Operations

  • Implement approved fleet pricing, incentive programs and commercial initiatives in accordance with company policies.
  • Support vehicle allocation and stock planning to meet customer demand.
  • Work closely with Finance, Product, Aftersales and other internal stakeholders to deliver competitive fleet solutions.
  • Ensure quotations, contracts and fleet transactions comply with company policies and commercial requirements.

Customer Experience & Reporting

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end fleet delivery from vehicle ordering through to customer handover.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reporting and tender documentation.
  • Provide regular business updates, market intelligence and customer feedback to support business planning.

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop strong relationships with leasing companies, fleet management organisations (FMOs), rental companies, government agencies and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Represent Geely at customer meetings, industry events and dealer activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the National Fleet Manager (Melbourne Based) to ensure consistent execution of national fleet strategies, policies and customer experience across Australia.
  • Promote Geely’s fleet products and services while strengthening brand awareness and customer relationships.
