Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse vehicle inventory, dealer demand, sales trends, and forecasts
- Recommend stock allocations across dealerships, regions, and distribution centres
- Monitor stock levels, ageing inventory, backorders, and supply constraints
- Prepare regular distribution, inventory, and delivery-performance reports
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, supply-chain, production, and dealer teams
- Investigate delivery delays, allocation issues, and inventory discrepancies
- Support new-model launches and seasonal distribution planning
- Identify opportunities to reduce excess stock, lead times, and logistics costs

Company Car Fleet
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle selection, ordering, delivery, replacement, and disposal
- Manage leases, registrations, insurance, servicing, fuel cards, and charging arrangements
- Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, kilometre, and contract records
- Support employees with vehicle policies, maintenance, accidents, breakdowns, and general enquiries
- Coordinate with leasing companies, dealerships, insurers, repairers, and other suppliers
- Monitor fleet costs, utilisation, kilometres, contract terms, and vehicle condition
- Manage infringement, toll, accident, and insurance-claim processes
- Ensure vehicles and drivers comply with company policies and applicable requirements
- Prepare fleet reports and recommend cost, safety, and sustainability improvements
- Support the transition to hybrid and electric vehicles where applicable
Skills and Experience
- Experience in fleet administration, automotive operations, leasing, or vehicle management
