About the Role:

• Geely Auto Australia are looking for an experienced Regional Service Manager – Southern region to join our growing team. This is a newly created position based at the Melbourne site in Truganina.

• This role would suit an enthusiastic, experienced Aftersales professional with a genuine interest in supporting dealership operations and customers. A strong focus on collaborating with our growing dealer network is important and supporting them towards achieving their aftersales growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular on-site dealer visits to assess, track and improve dealership performance in line with Geely’s standards, goals and targets to deliver premium customer experiences.

• Complete dealer visit reporting allowing for informed decision-making and improved compliance and brand reputation.

• Managing and motivating Dealership aftersales teams to collaborate in achieving the aftersales business outcomes of Geely Auto Australia.

• The implementation of strategies that improve aftersales financial outcomes, while best balancing dealer, and customer satisfaction.

• Supporting Parts operations through 3PL engagement across the Dealer network.

• Management of Dealer parts & service performance targets, obsolescence, trade business and monitoring inventory levels.

• Enabling of Geely systems and processes training to dealers aligned to the policies as set by the factory and Geely Auto Australia.

• Supporting customer relations through the prompt resolution of customer complaints and special incidents at a regional level.

• Monitor and maintain standards adherence and policy compliance across the dealer network.

• Provide technical and warranty support to dealers, ensuring timely resolution of complex service cases and accurate warranty claim management in compliance with Geely Auto Australia policies.

• Monitor and analyse key aftersales KPIs (e.g., CSI, first-time fix rate, warranty cost, parts supply rate) to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans with dealers.

• Support dealer capability building through service advisor coaching, technician certification programs, and reinforcement of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) compliance across service operations.

• Report regional market insights, including competitor aftersales practices and customer trends, to inform Geely Auto Australia’s strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Active stakeholder engagement with Geely’s aftersales and regional management teams to achieve common goals.

• Other ad-hoc duties required to support the Aftersales and parts warehouse operations.

What You Can Bring:

• Previous experience as a regional aftersales manager or in dealer management.

• Familiarisation with Parts & Service operational key functions and performance requirements.

• Strong skills in business management, problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Willingness to travel to all regions and the Sydney head office as required.

• Demonstrated the ability to uphold the company’s aftersales standards and brand image.

• Expertise in; multi-tiered relationship management with dealers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively multitask priorities, organise workload, and work autonomously.

• A friendly and positive attitude towards dealers, customers, co-workers and business partners.

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; Mandarin language skills would be beneficial.

• Current Australian Drivers licence.
