Client Relationship Specialist – Sydney Olympic Park
Forever Living Products is seeking an experienced and driven Client Relationship Specialist to join our brand new Australian HQ in Sydney Olympic Park.

About the Role
This is a newly created role with a strong focus on driving sales growth and building long-term partner relationships.
You’ll work closely with the Country Manager and wider global team to:
- Grow and nurture key accounts and partner businesses
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Support partner success through coaching, training, and engagement
This is a highly visible role where your impact will directly influence business growth in Australia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow relationships with partners to drive revenue and retention
- Deliver engaging training sessions (in-person and online)
- Analyse sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions
- Coach and support leaders with structured plans and goal setting
- Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, payroll, and recognition programs
- Support sales incentives, product launches, and key initiatives
- Drive engagement through events, social platforms, and community channels
- Attend national events, conferences, and partner meetings
About You
You’re a relationship-builder who combines commercial thinking with genuine care for people.
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer success (health, beauty, or wellness preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- The ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
- High organisation and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working both independently and within a global team
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
