We’re looking for an experienced Storeperson to join our Melbourne team. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work while being flexible enough to support logistics and operational activities as business needs change.

About the Role

This is primarily a warehouse and inventory role, responsible for the receival, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products, stock and equipment. You’ll play an important role in ensuring operational teams have everything they need to deliver for our customers.

We’re looking for someone who is flexible and willing to support across the wider operation when required. While your primary focus will be warehouse activities, you may also assist logistics and operational teams during busy periods to help keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming stock and supplies.
• Pick, pack and prepare products, equipment and operational orders accurately and on time.
• Load and unload deliveries, vehicles and operational equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, replenishment and stocktakes.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure products are stored and handled in accordance with food safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain clean, organised and safe warehouse areas.
• Provide support across logistics and operational teams as required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Storeperson who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when operational priorities change.

Essential Requirements

• Current Forklift Licence
• Previous experience as a Storeperson, Warehouse Operator or similar role
• Experience with receivals, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safety, quality and following procedures
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks safely

Highly Regarded

• Experience within food production, catering, logistics or hospitality environments
• Food safety knowledge
• Walker stacker experience
• HR Driver’s Licence

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active role requiring regular:

• Lifting, carrying and moving stock and equipment
• Picking and packing activities
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Manual handling throughout the shift
