We’re one branch of Flowers Across™, with thriving teams in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane delivering thousands of heartfelt floral gifts each week. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Casual Florist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an on-site floristry position, creating gorgeous arrangements for an online florist and gift delivery business.

Floristry experience (Cert III or prior hands-on floristry) is preferred, but we’re very open to candidates with strong creative skills and a genuine passion for flowers (tell us more in your cover letter!).

Hours: casual, 15+ hours a week, with extra shifts available over the busy Christmas period.

We’re looking for availability across Monday to Saturday, especially Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Shifts are mostly 7am–3pm, with some 9am–5pm. Saturday availability is a big plus. Please tell us which days you can work when you apply.

About You

• Experience in floristry and/or a floristry qualification (Cert III preferred)
• A passion for flowers and for delivering “wow” moments to every customer
• Motivated and hard-working, without taking yourself too seriously (we like to have fun while we work!)
• You thrive in a fast-paced setting and smash deadlines (we work to team and personal KPIs)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
• Self-managed and independent, but just as happy working as part of a team
• Comfortable using technology (iPads and Apple devices) and happy to learn our order systems
