What You’ll Be Doing:

• Win new contract and augmentation business across enterpriseand mid-market tech clients
• Engage with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Data Leaders and otherdecision-makers
• Tailor workforce solutions – from single-contractors to embeddedsquads
• Partner with our high-performing delivery team to ensure successfrom pitch to placement
• Grow accounts through referrals, renewals, and consultativeupselling
• Keep your pipeline sharp and your CRM tighter – we’re targets-driven, but people-first

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years recruitment experience (Ideally Data & Analytics exp)
• Experience in IT recruitment, contract staffing, or tech services sales
• Comfort speaking the language of Data, Software, Cloud, or AI hiring (you don’t need to code, but you “get” tech)
• You’re a natural connector who knows how to create value and build trust
• Self-motivated, resilient, and thrive in a performance-based environment
• Bonus points for background in MSP/RPO, professional services, or tech consulting
