As a Concierge at Expert Hearing Care, you will be responsible for leading our team in the Floreat store to drive new leads and promote the importance of hearing health. This role requires a unique mix of retail, sales, and health knowledge, making it ideal for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

Responsibilities:

– Initiate conversations about hearing health with potential customers to generate new leads

– Guide customers through the hearing screening process from start to finish

– Support Store Manager by scheduling and following up appointments

– Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets

Qualifications:

– Entry-level experience in retail, sales or healthcare industry

– Excellent communication skills

– Strong organizational abilities
