Job Summary:

1. Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, etc.

2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, transportation, etc.

3. Support clients in participating in social activities and community events

4. Monitor health conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals

5. Maintain accurate records of client progress and activities

6. Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities

Qualifications:

1.Certificate III or IV in Disability Care or equivalent qualification

2.Experience working in the disability sector preferred

3.Valid First Aid/CPR certification

4.Working with Children Check (WWCC)

5.Driver’s license
