As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with complex needs living in Supported Independent Living to build skills, routines and confidence. At their pace, in their way.

You’ll be trusted to:

• Build strong, respectful relationships
• Support daily living, personal care and community participation
• Follow clear behaviour support and safety plans
• Work as part of a stable, communicative team

This role is for you if:

• You’re confident supporting people with complex needs
• You stay calm when things don’t go to plan
• You value consistency, communication and trust
• You believe dignity and choice should always come first
