Description

EMF are the premier fitness and performance training providers with over 26 great locations across QLD and NSW. We offer state-of-the-art equipment, industry-leading facilities, and a member experience that is second to none.

We are currently looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Team Members to join our teams across our Yarrabilba, Bethania and Marsden clubs.

Successful candidates will play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience and will become an integral part of our day-to-day reception and sales operations. Team members will assist Club Managers with all aspects of club operations including member engagement, club tours, membership sales, administration, social media, retail sales, member outreach, and maintaining a clean and welcoming club environment.

  • Fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential.

  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Ability to follow sales processes from enquiry through to membership sign-up.
  • Willingness to assist with cleaning, equipment maintenance, and club presentation to ensure our facilities always look their best.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
  • Strong administration and customer service skills.
  • Previous fitness industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
