This is an incredible opportunity for you to join a team whose primary mission is to help keep people safe, and its purpose is to improve people’s lives through education. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of nationally accredited courses.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our team in Altona North. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and assessment in :

* Boom-type elevating work platform (over 11 meters)

* Forklift truck

* Elevating Work Platform (under 11 meters including Scissor Lift).

* Work Safely at Heights

* Confined Space Entry

* Gas Testing

ABOUT YOU

You are a talented, positive and passionate trainer who enjoys training and engaging with a broad group of people. Some of your qualifications and other talents include:

Accreditation with WorkSafe VIC as an Assessor of High-Risk Work Licences (WP and LF);

A current Driver’s Licences and HRWL with classes WP and LF;

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122);

Current units of competency within the applicable training topics;

Demonstrated experience in delivering industrial safety training;

Exceptional and adaptable facilitation skills to create an inclusive learning environment

The position is based in our Altona North Site with travel across Melbourne
