We are an award winning and leading real estate agency in Victoria specializing in residential property sales and property management. We are a dynamic and innovative organization, and due to our growth we are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Office Administrator

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Answering, screening & directing phone calls
  • Welcome and assist visitors and clients attending the office
  • Managing office mail and post requirements
  • Managing office stationery and amenities stock levels and orders.
  • Managing and tagging of property keys for all departments
  • Managing administrative tasks in setting up new property management files
  • Managing administrative tasks in setting up and maintaining sales listing and project files
  • Provide operational support to all Directors and departments as required

Experience & attributes:

  • Victorian Agents Representative certificate
  • Current police clearance certificate
  • Exceptional organisational & time management skills
  • Tech savvy and a fast learner
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Keen customer service skills & relatable manner
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Some prior experience in real estate using Property Me & Salesforce is desirable but not essential.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
