deliver an extraordinary guest experience.

Criteria:

• Previous customer facing experience in a hatted restaurant or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• A genuine interest in food and creating memorable dining experiences.
• A proven ability to work as a part of a large team encompassing section waiters, food runners and cocktail bartenders.
• A solid understanding in styles/properties of food and wine.
• WSET an advantage.
