The Role: Season Casual Stylist | Pacific Fair
Our stores are the heart of DISSH, and as we head into our busiest season of the year, we’re looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Seasonal Casual team.
We have multiple positions available for vibrant, passionate, and hands-on individuals to join the DISSH team as a Seasonal Casual Stylist from October 2026 through to February 2027
Our stylists have the opportunity to join our collaborative and fun in-store environment to work toward incredible incentives, teamwork and providing experiential retail for our customers.

- Embody the DISSH Core Values and share our brand story with our customers.
- Opportunity to achieve generous wardrobe allowances (no individual targets – success is based on team performance)
- Learn and share product knowledge from features and benefits, sustainable impact all the way through to garment care.
- Operational day-to-day stock management to maintain a visually aesthetic, relevant, and fully replenished store.
- Provide 1-on-1 styling for the DISSH customer.
- Build valuable retail and styling experience with one of Australia’s fastest-growing fashion brands.
To succeed, you will have:
- A friendly and approachable disposition. You will be focused on creating lasting relationships with customers to keep them returning.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in customer service within a fashion retail environment is highly regarded but not essential.
- A proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment.
- A personal connection to the DISSH brand and our product.
