Description

Digital Strategist – Senior

Hey! We’re Dilate, one of Perth’s biggest digital marketing agencies with an impressive, diverse client list and a world-class global team.

Our mission is simple: do great marketing for great businesses, ethically and in a way that benefits everyone. We want our clients to win, their customers to win, and our team to win.

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Strategist who’s ready to take ownership, think strategically and make a genuine impact. Someone who doesn’t just execute campaigns—they challenge ideas, identify opportunities, solve problems and help shape the future of both our clients and our agency.

You’ll bring experience, confidence and commercial thinking to the table, but you’ll also be someone who enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas and continually improving the way things are done.

Maybe you’re looking for a fresh challenge. Maybe you’ve outgrown your current role. Or maybe you’re looking for a place where your experience is valued, your voice is heard and your career can continue to grow.

You’ll be surrounded by an exceptional team of designers, developers, copywriters, SEO specialists, paid media experts and strategists who genuinely enjoy working together and delivering outstanding results.

As a Digital Strategist, you’ll have five years’ experience in digital marketing or agency account management and be confident leading strategic conversations, managing client relationships and delivering marketing that drives measurable business growth.

So, the job

  • Developing smart, commercially focused digital strategies that help clients achieve meaningful business outcomes across SEO, GEO, paid media, email, social media, content, video and more.
  • Leading client relationships with confidence, becoming a trusted adviser who understands both marketing and business.
  • Collaborating with our talented specialists to bring strategies to life while ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
  • Challenging thinking, identifying growth opportunities and helping clients understand where to invest for the greatest impact.
  • Managing multiple campaigns and priorities while making even the most complex projects feel effortless.
  • Using data and insights to continually optimise performance, solve problems and uncover new opportunities.
  • Contributing to the ongoing evolution of our processes, products and strategic thinking across the agency.

You

  • Have 5 years’ experience in digital marketing strategy, agency account management or a similar client-facing strategic role.
  • Love marketing, business, branding and helping clients succeed.
  • Can confidently lead strategic conversations with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Think commercially and understand how marketing contributes to business growth.
  • Are naturally curious, always looking for new ideas, better approaches and emerging opportunities.
  • Back your recommendations with data, insight and experience—not guesswork.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritise, communicate and deliver.
  • Take ownership, solve problems and get sh*t done.
  • Want to continue learning, mentoring others and raising the standard every day.

Why Dilate?

At Dilate, you’ll be making a real impact. The businesses we work with genuinely succeed because of the work we do together.

You’ll enjoy:

  • Flexible working arrangements, including flexible start and finish times and working from home days.
  • Leadership that’s genuinely invested in your success.
  • Ongoing training, paid professional development and opportunities to keep growing.
  • A supportive team that backs each other professionally, personally and socially.
  • The opportunity to influence how we work, improve our products and shape the future of the agency.
  • A culture built around being better every day—always learning, improving and challenging ourselves to do even better.

Please note this is not a remote position. You’ll need to be based in Perth, WA and have full Australian working rights. Unfortunately, working holiday visa applicants are not eligible for this role.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Please include a cover letter so we can get to know you beyond your CV.

We’re looking for people who want it, get it and have the capacity to do it. Tell us why that’s you.
