The Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager with experience in Land Development and Infrastructure to join our Richmond office. This role involves managing a diverse range of projects, including industrial/commercial developments, master-planned residential communities, and major sports facility redevelopments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all project stages, including Client PCG meetings and design coordination sessions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
  • Prepare and review tenders, contracts, cost estimates, and feasibility reports
  • Engage and manage subconsultants from briefing through project completion
  • Oversee monthly reporting, budgeting, and invoicing

 

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Project Management within Land Development or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and understanding of civil design
  • Experience managing diverse projects and multitasking effectively
  • Strong client and authority relationship management skills
