About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire Safety Advisor to join our team and lead fire safety initiatives for our clients.

This is a critical role focused on ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct fire risk assessments and safety audits across all sites.
  • Develop and maintain fire safety policies, procedures, and evacuation plans and diagrams.
  • Provide expert advice on fire safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver fire safety training and coordinate evacuation drills.
  • Liaise with emergency services and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor and report on fire safety performance and incident trends.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Qualifications in Fire Safety, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a fire safety advisory or compliance role.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant fire safety legislation and Australian Standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
