The Recruitment Team Leader will oversee the recruitment team and manage
the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset,
and the ability to drive recruitment initiatives to attract and hire top talent.
Key objectives include:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of senior recruiters, recruiters and administrators to ensure
- high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the
- organization.
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to ensure that vacancies are filled in a timely manner provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review and set operational objectives and key results, discuss challenges, and share best practices.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferable career background in either labour‐hire, recruitment, human resources or relevant technical field
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
