an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing
strategy and help build a high-performing marketing function.

Reporting to the CMO and managing an existing Marketing
Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting product, sales, innovation and
marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial
outcomes.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for translating
strategy into action.
You’ll own the execution of the marketing plan, lead
campaigns and content, manage agency partners, deliver product launches and
drive digital performance across the business.
Working closely with the Sales, Specification, Product and
Innovation teams. You’ll ensure Criterion’s value proposition is consistently
communicated across every customer touchpoint.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys
both strategic thinking and rolling up their sleeves to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute
the annual marketing plan aligned to business growth objectives.
- Lead
campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage
content strategy, content calendars and creative production.
- Drive
website performance, SEO, SEM and lead generation initiatives.
- Support
new product launches and innovation go-to-market programs.
- Develop
marketing tools and collateral that support the sales and specification
teams.
- Manage
agency, supplier and external partner relationships.
- Lead
and mentor the Marketing Specialist.
- Monitor
campaign performance, analytics and marketing ROI.
- Champion
brand consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints.
About You
You are a commercially minded marketer who understands how
marketing contributes to growth.
You enjoy building structure, driving execution and
collaborating with different teams to bring ideas to life.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 5+
years’ experience in a marketing leadership or management role.
- Experience
developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong
digital marketing, content and lead generation capability.
- Experience
managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Excellent
project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong
commercial acumen and analytical capability.
- Outstanding
communication and leadership skills.
Highly Regarded
- Experience
in building products, manufacturing, construction or related B2B
industries.
- Experience
engaging architects, designers, builders or trade channels.
- Knowledge
of CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- Experience
supporting product launches and innovation programs.

Location
Based in Epping, Victoria.
