The role
CCSG Group is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Business Support & Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative, operational and client service support across the Group.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring our day to day operations run smoothly. You’ll provide support across workflow management, client reporting, inbox administration, HR coordination and stakeholder communications, helping drive efficiency and service excellence across the business.

We operate on a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities
Here’s an example of your day to day:
Managing and monitoring shared inboxes, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly and directed to the appropriate business area.
- Preparing and distributing client reports, ensuring accuracy and delivery within agreed timeframes.
- Providing administrative support across multiple business functions, including Operations, People & Culture and Client Services.
- Coordinating workflows and assisting leaders in monitoring task completion and operational performance.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, business documentation and reporting systems.
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle administration activities.
- Preparing employment documentation and maintaining employee records within HR systems.
- Supporting the coordination of new starter inductions, probation reviews and People & Culture initiatives.
- Liaising with clients, employees and stakeholders to resolve queries and provide a high level of customer service.
- Supporting business improvement initiatives through process documentation and administrative efficiencies.
- Assisting with compliance, audit and quality assurance activities.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client, employee and company information at all times.
- Supporting operational projects and business initiatives as required.
Requirements
