Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business support functions, including administrative support, customer service, and project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our business support functions, including administrative support, customer service, and project management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes and increase efficiency
  • Manage and mentor a team of business support staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of business activities
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business support management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
