At Connective, we’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to help deliver compelling communications and marketing initiatives that support our members, attract new brokers and strengthen our brand.

About the Role 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Brand, Content and Communications, you’ll play a key role in planning, developing and delivering communications and campaigns across a range of channels. 

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to gather information, shape messaging and deliver engaging content that drives awareness, engagement and action. 

From member communications and product updates through to campaigns, presentations, social media and digital content, you’ll help ensure our communications are accurate, relevant, timely and aligned to the Connective brand. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Develop and execute marketing communications and campaigns that support member engagement, broker recruitment and key business initiatives. 
  • Create compelling content across email, web, social media, presentations, blogs, video scripts and internal communications. 
  • Translate complex business, product and industry information into clear, engaging and audience-focused messaging. 
  • Manage communications and campaigns from brief through to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, approvals and creative assets. 
  • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across the business to gather insights and develop effective communication strategies. 
  • Analyse campaign and communication performance, using data and audience feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Ensure all communications align with Connective’s brand, tone of voice and customer experience standards. 
  • Stay ahead of marketing, communications, digital and AI trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team. 

You’ll Bring 

  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Approximately 5+ years’ experience in communications, content, marketing or campaign-focused roles. 
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills. 
  • Experience delivering integrated communications and campaigns from concept through to evaluation. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability. 
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills. 
  • The ability to simplify complex information into engaging, audience-focused content. 
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Bonus Points For 

  • Experience within financial services, professional services or a B2B environment. 
  • Email marketing, marketing automation or CRM experience. 
  • Knowledge of digital publishing platforms and campaign reporting.
