Disability Support Workers – ASAP!

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers in Christies Beach and Golden Grove SA who will be responsible for helping the client with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting independence and community integration.

The role is casual and must be flexible to do any shift including active night and sleep shifts.

About you:

• Minimum nationally accredited completion of Certificate III in relevant Disability or Community Service field
• With at least two years of solid experience working with child and youth with complex behaviors (physical and verbal aggression)
• Prior experience supporting clients with Trauma, Autism, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and Reactive Attachment Disorder, ADHD is beneficial
• Mental health background is highly preferred

Essential Requirements:

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Employee Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Australian driver’s license with a reliable and comprehensively insured car
• Willingness to obtain a new National Police Check
