About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers with overdue accounts while developing valuable industry skills:
- Optimise a portfolio of overdue accounts from Australian institutions
- Contact customers via inbound & outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances
- Use modern tools and systems and apply skip tracing techniques to locate and support customers
- Work with customers to understand their situation and negotiate realistic repayment solutions
- Maintain accurate records and operate within strict compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Build rapport while handling sensitive financial conversations professionally
- Work towards achievable targets in a supportive, team-driven environment
Skills & Experience:
- Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Emotional intelligence/empathy when dealing with customers
- Resilience – you can handle challenging conversations in high volume call centre environment
- Motivation to achieve targets and grow your earnings
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and willingness to learn compliance requirements
