Scope of Duties:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, support sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and provide administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage inbound customer phone calls
  • Qualify enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team member
  • Respond to website, email and customer enquiries
  • Conduct post-sale and outbound post
  • Process sales orders
  • Assist with spare parts sales and enquiries
  • Maintain accurate CRM and customer database records
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service team

About you:

  • Previous customer service, administration or sales support experience
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
  • Commercially minded and able to identify customer needs and opportunities
  • Naturally customer-focused and confident communicating by phone and email
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Accurate, detail-oriented and process-driven
  • A positive team player who is accountable and eager to learn
