We provide courageous, considered and forward-thinking consulting support to leaders and teams driving positive change, particularly across complex public-purpose and large-scale transformation programs.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning Analyst (Paid Intern / Junior) to join our Organisational Change Management team for a 12 week paid internship. This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, with hybrid working arrangements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in instructional design and learning development within a professional consulting environment, while working on a large global IT program alongside experienced consultants and designers.

Responsibilities
The Learning Analyst plays a supporting role in the development, update and quality assurance of learning and training materials. Working closely with experienced instructional designers and consultants, you will contribute to delivering clear, accurate and engaging learning solutions aligned to project and client needs.
You will be exposed to consulting methodologies, collaborative project workflows, and real-world learning development in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Learning Content Development, AI Enablement and Maintenance
- Design and develop AI-powered learning agents to support training development, knowledge delivery, and learner support.
- Develop training materials to support enterprise software deployment and user adoption programs.
- Update existing training materials with new screenshots, visuals and content changes.
- Assist in maintaining accuracy, clarity and consistency across learning assets.
Content Review and Quality Assurance
- Review and edit materials for grammar, spelling, formatting consistency and readability
- Support quality checks to ensure learning materials meet professional standards
Instructional Design Support
- Assist the instructional design team in developing engaging, user-friendly learning materials
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve learner experience and usability
Collaboration and Project Exposure
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative workshops
- Gain exposure to consulting practices, project workflows and delivery approaches within a large global program
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree (e.g. IT business or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively
Desirable
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in learning, training, or business environments
- Interest in instructional design, learning and development, or organisational change
- Familiarity with digital learning tools or content creation (not essential)
