Lawyer – Insurance and Dispute Litigation

Chamberlains Law Firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join our Insurance and Dispute Litigation Team in Sydney. This role is suitable for recently admitted or soon to be admitted Graduates who have an interest in litigation.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Sydney office. You will have excellent mentoring from highly experienced team members who will assist you with your career development. We aim to provide a balance of supervision and autonomy to allow you to develop as quickly as possible. A recent Graduate with an interest in this area of law will also be considered for the position.

Training in these areas will be provided. Initially, you will be:

• Drafting correspondence and legal documents
• Conducting research
• Liaising with potential new clients and existing clients
• Attending client appointments with your supervising solicitor
• Assisting with litigation files and court attendances
• Working closely with Senior Lawyers and Directors

About You:

• Must be Admitted or soon to be admitted
• Be passionate about a career in the law
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Manage your time efficiently and use initiative
• Have excellent organisational skills
