About the Position

We are looking for a Lawyer to join our Sydney Office. Ideal candidates will have 2 years PQE as a solicitor in corporate & commercial law or an associated area.

You will have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills and be supervised by a Senior Associate and Director within the team.

In this role, you will gain experience in:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts;
• Advising on business structuring;
• Advising on the wide spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions including shareholder agreements and other general commercial contracts;
• Developing existing and creating new client relationships;
• Other tasks as may be directed.
