About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join the NSW Property team. Flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

Conveyancer:

• Experience in Conveyancing;
• Pre-exchange file management, including meeting with clients with oversight from solicitor, negotiating amendments to contract and attending to exchange;
• Post-exchange file management, including liaising with lenders, agents, other solicitors and relevant stakeholders, preparing and issuing settlement statements;
• Ability to develop client relationships and leverage on existing relationships with clients and industry stakeholders;
• Experience with LEAP and PEXA highly regarded.
