As an OOSH Educator, you will:

As a Team Leader, you will:
✅ Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
✅ Assist with rostering, compliance, and program development
✅ Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment

Requirements:
✅ No formal qualifications required (Approved OOSH/Early Childhood qualifications desirable)
✅ Working with Children Check (WWCC) – mandatory before starting
✅ Provide First Aid in an education and care setting HLTAID012 – Mandatory before starting
✅ Previous experience working with children – desirable
✅ Identify & Report Children & Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 – desirable
