About the Role

As an educator at CMCC, you’ll help create engaging, inclusive and inspiring learning environments where children feel safe, valued and capable.

You will:

    👶 Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

    🎓 Deliver educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

    🎨 Support learning through intentional teaching and play-based experiences

    📖 Observe, document and celebrate children’s learning and development

    🤝 Contribute to a positive team culture

    ✅ Maintain a safe environment in line with the National Quality Standard and regulatory requirements

 

About You

You’ll have:

    🎓 Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

    ✅ Current Working with Children Check

    🚑 Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (HLTAID012), or willingness to obtain

    💛 A genuine passion for early childhood education

    💬 Strong communication and teamwork skills
