We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Club Manager to take full ownership of one of our premium facilities. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who has successfully led high-performing sales teams, managed operations at scale, and thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.

You won’t just manage the club – you will drive its performance, culture, and reputation.

The Opportunity

As Club Manager, you will take full accountability for revenue performance, sales leadership, operational excellence, team development, and member satisfaction and retention in a hands-on role that combines strategic oversight with strong on-the-floor leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive membership growth and revenue performance.
  • Lead sales activity, KPIs, and team performance.
  • Oversee daily club operations, standards, and compliance.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Deliver exceptional member experience and retention.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and use data to drive results.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proven operator with:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Club Manager, Sales Manager, or senior fitness leadership role.
  • A strong track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Solid operational management experience within fitness or premium service environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence interpreting performance data.
  • Sound knowledge of gym equipment, group training, and wellness offerings.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
