Delivery Driver — Wholesale Butterboy | Wholesale Department

Butterboy is looking for a reliable, customer-focused, safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our Wholesale team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Butterboy out on the road — getting our products safely and on time to the stockists and businesses who love what we bake.

What you’ll be doing:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients and businesses safely and on time
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to make sure everything’s complete, charges are correct, and customers are happy
• Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles
• Accepting payments for delivered items accurately
• Providing excellent customer service — answering questions and handling any issues from clients professionally
• Following assigned routes and sticking to time schedules
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Preparing delivery reports and related documentation
• Operating vehicles and equipment (cars, trucks, forklifts) safely and correctly
• Representing the Butterboy brand and values at all times

Health & Safety:

• Complying with NSW RMS legislation and holding a valid driver’s licence at all times
• Adhering to speed limits and never using mobile devices while driving
• Following ergonomic best practices for seat positioning and safe box/lifting techniques

What we’re looking for:

• A valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner
• Reliability, punctuality, and a safety-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not essential
