    We are partnering with the Windgap Foundation, a not-for-profit provider of disability  support services based in Banksmeadow (NSW) to appoint to the role of Community Support Worker.  

    For over 70 years, the Windgap Foundation has been dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with an intellectual disability. Windgap prides themselves on the quality and range of activities which support their participants, working towards their mission “to improve the quality of life of people with an intellectual disability by supporting them in reaching their full potential and raising community awareness as to their needs and aspirations”

    Due to recent growth and expansion of the community support team, we are looking for experienced, passionate and caring individuals to join the team.  These opportunities are hands on, challenging and rewarding.

    Windgap’s head office is based in Banksmeadow, NSW and travel across Windgap’s group accommodation sites is a requirement of the role.

    Mandatory requirements: 

    • Previous industry (or related) experience
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
    • Current First Aid Certificate
    • Drivers Licence
    • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
