Description

You like things organised. We like that about you.

Are you a logistics, transport, supply chain or operations pro who actually enjoys keeping things moving, solving problems and getting the details right?

Then this could be your next move and your chance to make your mark in a different industry.

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to keep our advertising campaigns on track — managing orders, deadlines, data and all the moving parts behind the scenes.

If you’re organised, switched-on and the kind of person who notices when something is just slightly offyou’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with our sales team to make sure campaigns go from “sold” to “sorted” without a hitch.

Your typical week would look like:

  • Getting campaigns up on a billboard — managing artwork, data, bookings and campaign information from start to finish.
  • Keeping things on track — juggling multiple jobs, deadlines and priorities while making sure nothing gets missed.
  • Spotting the details — checking information, catching errors and fixing issues before they become problems.
  • Keeping everyone in the loop — working with sales, internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders to get campaigns delivered correctly and on time.
  • Keeping systems tidy — maintaining accurate records and making sure our information is always up to date.
  • Finding a better way — following processes, taking ownership and speaking up when there’s a smarter way to do something.

You

You’ll probably have experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, operations, scheduling, dispatch or coordination, but we’re more interested in how you work than your exact job title.

We want to talk to you if you:

  • Are highly organised, detail-focused and seriously reliable.
  • Can handle lots of information and competing priorities without losing your cool.
  • Loves a good process but isn’t afraid to question it.
  • Communicates confidently and can coordinate with all kinds of people.
  • Takes ownership, solves problems and actually follows things through.
  • Is curious, proactive and always looking for ways to make things simpler, smarter or more efficient.

If your brain automatically goes, “Okay, but what happens next?” we want to hear from you.
