Head of National & Regional Sales
📍 Australia | Full-time
This is a rare opportunity to own one of BioPak’s most commercially critical remits — leading our National Accounts strategy and driving consistent execution across every state and territory.
You’ll sit at the intersection of senior customer relationships, commercial performance, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll own the joint business plans, negotiate the agreements, and then make sure they actually land in-market. This isn’t a strategy-only role — you bring the discipline and the drive to see things through from boardroom to branch.
What you’ll own:
- The national account portfolio — revenue, margin, retention, and new wins
- Senior customer relationships and national trading agreements
- Cross-state execution in partnership with State Sales Managers and distributors
- Commercial governance — pricing, rebates, and contract compliance
- HubSpot CRM standards and sales reporting across the network
- Forecasting, insights, and cross-functional alignment with marketing, supply chain, and product
What you’ll bring:
- Proven senior account management experience across multi-site or multi-state customers
- Strong commercial acumen — you know your way around pricing, margin, and contract negotiation
- The ability to lead through influence and align teams without direct authority
- Operational rigour and a track record of turning strategy into execution
- HubSpot (or equivalent CRM) fluency and a healthy obsession with pipeline discipline
- A hands-on mindset — you think big and follow through
