Team Leader

BFX Furniture is one of Australia’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of educational, government and commercial furniture.

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Team Leader to support our Upholstery Factory Manager and help lead, motivate and develop our production teams in Yandina.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, building strong teams and driving performance. Industry experience is not essential. We’re open to candidates from manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, retail, hospitality or other operational environments who have proven experience leading people.

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. Hours are generally 6:00am to 2:06pm, although flexibility may be required to support operational needs.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

Manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong leadership experience and a positive, people-first mindset are what matter most.
