We are currently seeking female hosts to join long-term support arrangements in Busselton and Bunbury. These are unique opportunities for people who enjoy building meaningful relationships and creating a positive home environment while supporting a person with disability to live independently.

About the Role

These positions operate on a week on, week off roster and are based within the client’s home.

As a host, you will become a consistent and trusted presence in the participant’s life, providing overnight support while fostering a warm, welcoming, and supportive household environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Providing overnight support within the client’s home
  • Being a positive, reliable presence and building a genuine relationship
  • Assisting with household routines and daily living activities
  • Supporting independence while offering guidance when needed
  • Encouraging community participation and social connection
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Best Life Support Services WA team

Essential Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • NDIS Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module
  • NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability support or a related field
  • Medication Administration Training
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
  • Sound understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
