- Experience in property management, fleet management, asset management and/or coordinating contractors, tradespersons and
- Experience managing/monitoring credit & debit costs and ensuring fleet expenditure stays within approved budgets.
- Maintain accurate fleet records (registrations, insurance, logbooks, lease agreements, servicing, fuel cards).

About the Role:
Join a growing Finance Team and be part of something that makes a genuine difference in our communities! As our Property & Fleet Officer, you’ll help ensure the people delivering essential services have the safe, reliable facilities and vehicles they need to support those who need it most.
This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based at our Inverell site. With responsibility for a growing portfolio of more than 70 properties and 50 fleet vehicles, this diverse and rewarding role offers the opportunity to build strong community connections, support organisational growth, and contribute to meaningful outcomes across the regions we serve.
About You:
You will be a self-motivated and resilient individual with:
- Well-developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to critically analyse information and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
- Up to date and practical knowledge of relevant legislation and rulings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, including Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in property management, fleet management, asset management and/or equivalent.
- Relevant qualifications in Property Management or Business Management or Leadership or demonstrated extensive relevant experience.
- Current Drivers Licence (class C or above).
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
