Bar and Gaming Attendant

Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a vital part of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to customer preferences and established recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following established procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
• Assist in planning and executing special events or promotions, as required.

Qualifications:

• Must have RSA and RCG, ARCG preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service-oriented position is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
