We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient outcomes through the provision of professional services and expert medication advice in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and a skilled team of health professionals, you will provide forward-facing support to patients, offer expert medication advice, and actively participate in the delivery of routine and advanced pharmacy professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescription medications and check work completed by others for accuracy
Provide counselling on medications and health products
Deliver routine and advanced professional services (e.g. meds checks, vaccinations, sleep apnoea, wound care)
Support dispensary workflow and assist with stock management and PBS processing
Offer expert advice to customers and liaise with other healthcare providers
Train and mentor interns, pharmacy assistants, and dispensary technicians
Contribute to reporting, compliance activities, and QCPP standards
Promote health services and ensure a positive experience for every customer
About You:
Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience in community or hospital pharmacy
Strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with pharmacy software
Excellent communication and time management skills
Committed to providing empathetic, patient-centered care
Able to lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff
Proactive and organised, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
