Responsibilities:

• Assist and managing clients in identifying their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms on behalf of clients to secure the best deals.
• Guide clients through the buying process, including inspections, contracts, and settlements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends and changes in property legislation.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Buyer’s Agent or in a similar role within the property industry.
• Strong understanding of the local property market in Western Australia.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse market data and trends effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Relevant qualifications in property management or real estate are preferred.
• Current Real Estate license preferred and essential for senior agents
